By using the A Market website and forum, joining the A Market Discord server, subscribing to a paid tier, or using any A Bot command (together, "the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These Terms are between you and the A Team ("we", "us").
A Bot is an automated Discord bot that analyses public cryptocurrency market data and posts long-only spot trading signals. Each signal includes an entry reference price and a recommended stop-loss, plus a USDC alternative price for EU users. Positions are closed by rule-based EXIT alerts. There is no fixed take-profit. Supporting tools include position sizing, backtesting and statistics commands. The A Market forum is a community space for discussing the Service.
The Service does not place trades, hold funds, manage accounts or carry out any transaction for you. It has no access to your exchange account, API keys, wallet or funds. You alone decide whether, when, where and how much to trade.
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is tailored to your personal situation. Signals are generic, automated output sent identically to everyone in a tier. We are not your financial adviser, broker or fiduciary. Crypto markets are highly volatile and speculative. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and do your own research.
Any win rate, return, drawdown or other statistic, whether live, shown via /stats, on the website, or from a backtest, describes the past or a simulation only. Past performance, real or simulated, does not predict future results. Live statistics are calculated at account level, assuming 5% of the account per trade and a 0.3% round-trip fee. Your own results will differ. Strategy rules and settings may change, which can affect future performance in ways past statistics don't show.
You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for making sure that accessing crypto information and trading crypto is legal where you live.
You agree not to:
The Service depends on third parties outside our control, such as Discord, Patreon, exchange data APIs and hosting. We don't guarantee uptime, a particular number of signals, or that signals will arrive at any particular time. We're not responsible for missed or delayed signals or for downtime.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages from using or relying on the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. This doesn't limit liability that can't legally be limited, such as for gross negligence or under mandatory consumer law.
We may change, suspend or end any part of the Service, including strategy rules, tiers and prices. We may update these Terms; important changes will be announced on the forum or in Discord. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms. You can stop at any time by cancelling your pledge and leaving the server. We may end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you're a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
